本單元是第一模塊的第二部分可以起到銜接上一單元的作用，通過問答練習(xí)既復(fù)習(xí)上一節(jié)課所學(xué)內(nèi)容，又可以為接下來的閱讀提供信息支持。
三 、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1、Useful expressions in introducing persons.
2、To get in formation from the reading material about personal information

六、教學(xué)過程
1、Warming-up/Lead in
活動(dòng)目的 Review and consolidate the vocabulary students have learned before。
教師活動(dòng) 1).Read through these questions and answers . Make sure the students understand them .
2).Practise them with the whole class chorally and individually .
3).Pair the students to ask and answer .
4).Put the students in new pairs ,have them do a mingling activity, asking the person nearest them when you clap your hands .
學(xué)生活動(dòng) 1).Work in pairs about their name .country .age or other more .
2).Act out the conversation in font in pairs.
2、Reading extensively /In put
活動(dòng)目的 Train students to get specific information through reading .
教師活動(dòng) 1).Ask students to read and answer individually.
2). Ask them to check with a partner .
3).Call back the answers from the whole class ,asking the students to read the statements and then say “true”or “false”.
學(xué)生活動(dòng) 1).Read and answer individually, then check with a partner .
2).Check the answers in class and share the learning strategy .
3)Correct the false sentences .
3、Reading intensively/Practice
活動(dòng)目的 1) Use the words they have just learned in real life .
2)Teach students writing skills .
教師活動(dòng) 1).Ask the students to read the passage in activity 2 again and to fill in the table with correct information .
2) .Check the answers with whole class ,then with individual students .
3). Ask students to describe Daming .Lingling .andWang hui by themselves,then ask some students to the front to talk about them .
學(xué)生活動(dòng) 1) .Read the passage carefully again and do activity 3—complete the table.

八、教學(xué)反思
抓住學(xué)生剛剛升入初中好奇心強(qiáng)這一特點(diǎn)，本節(jié)課我圍繞“介紹人物”這一話題創(chuàng)設(shè)了一個(gè)貼近學(xué)生生活實(shí)際的教學(xué)情境。雙人問答，小組活動(dòng)，師生互動(dòng)活躍了課堂氣氛;加深了師生間的和諧;激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。通過本課的.學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生能夠用所學(xué)詞匯句型進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的交流對(duì)話，也能做簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹或介紹身邊的朋友親人，讓他們體會(huì)到成功的樂趣，進(jìn)而增強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)的信心和興趣。
