　　我想辭去工作的理由有三，望批準(zhǔn)：

　　一、工作的時(shí)間長，個(gè)人所能利用的自由時(shí)間少。計(jì)劃著去做一些自己喜歡做的事情，可時(shí)間總是不夠，尤其是工作緊需要加班的時(shí)候。

　　二、對工作的興趣濃度不高。這是我來杭州的第一份工作，很想把它做好。可是盡管我努力去做了。依然是時(shí)而熱情，時(shí)而懶散。我不能保持長久的積極性。因此表現(xiàn)得也不好。這對公司還是個(gè)人都有不利。
